NOTE: All players must read and sign the Code of Conduct form, otherwise the
Association will not accept your registration.

To request a refund*, please email registrar@lugarnosoccerclub.com.au and state why a refund is required.

*The Lugarno Soccer Club reserves the right to deduct an administration fee
