TO THE 10GIRLS(1), 14A GIRLS AND THE O35B's! GRAND FINAL WINNERS!!
10 Girls(1) won a close heart stopping encounter 1-0 against their sister team, our own 10Girls(2)!
14A Girls defeated Connels Point 1-0 and were undefeated all year!

Well Done to the Premier League Reserves,
9D(2)'s, 18 Girls and the 14A's for fighting hard in
their grand finals, narrowly going down to their opponents.
Premier League Reserves went down 1-0 to Sans Souci, but were unlucky not to get an equaliser
when Ryan's shot somehow rolled along the entire length of the goal line, just millimetres from crossing the line!
Thanks to all the non-comp kids that helped with the "Fifa Walk" prior to kick-off.
The players and kids looked very proud representing our great club!

18 Girls were galant in defeat losing narrowly 1-0 to a well drilled Bexley North team.
14A's drew 1-1 with ASOW after extra time, but cruely finish runners up as they were lower on the ladder.
The boys can be proud of their efforts knowing that they were not beaten in the
grand final by ASOW who were undefeated all year.
9D(2)'s went down 1-0 to Penshurst West in extra time, after a gutsy effort from all players.
The boys dug in for the full 60mins without the luxury of substitutes - making Coach Tony proud.

At one point during a football match, the coach said to one of his young players, "Do you understand what cooperation is? What a team is?" The little boy nodded in the affirmative. "Do you understand that what matters is how we play together as a team?" The little boy nodded yes. "So," the coach continued, "When offside is given, or a foul is not seen, you don't argue or swear or attack the referee.
Do you understand all that?" Again the little boy nodded. "Good." said the coach, "Now go over there and explain it to your mother!"
